In love too much……..

What does it takes to look at your life and yourself and said that you’re happy with your life?? What does it takes to make you smile?? What does it take to look at your Family and say i am happy?? Would it make you happy if your staying in a big house, fat cash reserve, hangar type of car porch, swimming pool and picture of everyone smiling because they received 100k to 200k from you??

Would you be happy if you don’t have anything but all you have is Allah?? Off course you like me would be saying YES, but i think we just say yes “because are you crazy to say NO!!” Life is just that! We say things that is not pleasant to our soul but we are too cautious and protective of our image in front of other humans instead of fearing Allah.

Are we able to do it??

My Relationship…. I kept it secret… (part 1)

Monday the 26th of September…. A start of the week…. It’s just one of those day when a special topic is about to pop out of my brain and write itself down on this lappy...you can read over the weekday and comment on how this will help you............ or maybe not…. whatever you may think i'm not surprise nor am i troubled.

How many times do we think of Allah SWT in a day?? Do we consider ourselves as a person who loves Allah SWT?? How do we show our love towards Allah SWT?? Are we supposed to express our love by singing like Maher Zain, Opick etc. (nope I don’t have anything against songs or the singers that is how they express themselves). Do we consider the things we do is sufficient to show clear gratitude of our love towards Allah SWT?? Can we say that what we do is enough too commensurate the things Allah have given us??

What or how do we really feel towards Allah SWT?? Do we love Allah SWT more than anything or anybody in this temporary place that we confidently call home?? What is the kind of love are we showing?? Do we give more attention to ourselves, husband, wife, children, parents, girlfriend, boyfriend etc. or more attention to Allah SWT?? What was the last thing we’ve done with regards to our love, affection and sacrifice for Allah SWT?? Can we give half of what we have earned because of Allah SWT?? Are we confident that Allah SWT would reward our commitment?? Do we want to be rewarded??

The experience that people have gone through in submission to Allah SWT varies. Relatively it’s more or less about the same. I spoke to my friend who relates some of the experience that he has encountered with other congregates who have gone through it.

Whenever they think of Allah SWT and His Prophet SAW they will cry and they will experience an inexpressible feeling. Feeling of the utmost love, sincerity, fulfillment, astonishment, regret, sadness and they will go through a phase, feeling a sense of weakness and emptiness right to the point of the first call for prayers (azan). This is the time when they feel rejuvenated instantaneously.

Eagerly approaching the prayer mats where to them it is to be a place of total fulfillment and a place where they feel that ALLAH SWT the most merciful and the most gracious hears their praises. They feel at peace and they feel that they are constantly heard and watch.

Do you feel this?? Or do you feel even more than this?? I wonder if this feeling they went thru is the real deal?? One thing that I've understood going thru life, is that nobody can ever determine what is real and what's not. Who is right and who’s wrong? Experience comes From ALLAH SWT and nobody can say anything about it. My best friend said it is between you and your creator.

Have we got it??

When was the last time you got an Islamic Religious book and finish reading it and gave it to someone else to read and ensure that it goes around from one person to another?

Go to the nearest book store that sells religious Islamic Books and look for any books on Ibadah, Iman (faith), Solah (solat) and life after death etc. There is a lot of books just to bring you back to reality for we all could be categorize as people who forgets. One example is a book call “Towards the Hereafter” by Ibnu Qudamah Al-Maqdisi (it is just to get you started).

Going to daily sermons is Wajib (a must). It builds the faith and slowly reminds us what we have all forgotten to do in the past.

Take a book!!!!! I can’t stress this point enough and we have to also be focus on finishing the book we read to get a clearer picture of what the author wants us to understand and start evaluating ourselves which area that we have long forgotten that causes our faith to deteriorate. For example why people always look at themselves and make and instantaneous conclusion that they are a good Muslim or that they are okay because they didn't commit any grave sins? Why people have an attitude of looking down on others just because of their believes, practices, principles etc? who are we or they to judge? With knowledge comes realization that life is short evaluating on one's self is better than looking at others. Evaluating means determining our fault to make ourselves better than before and make this upgrading of our faith a long lasting aspect of our lives until the day we die. We have nothing to lose but all to gain. The knowledge to be able to bring awareness to ourselves on our faith and commitment is more expansive than any material things in the world.

Searching for knowledge, guidance and daily sermons (majlis ilmu) is a must for every Muslims and in doing so it moves our faith to another step higher and trust me you will know yourself when it does. No point finding people and bragging about what you do because those who brag have a heart that is filled with nothing except fear (try to understand this statement). With knowledge, we are encouraged to think and simultaneously apply our thoughts with the usage of our brain power to evaluate everything about us (internally and externally), other human beings and other living things around us and use the information that we have derived to reevaluate our faith. Of course, this will work well when it is accompanied by a DOA (dua / prayers) to make it easier for us to learn and to receive the Hidayah (guidance) from Allah SWT with an open heart.

A person who can see Allah SWT with the person's faith (do not take this literally)  is a person that is closer to his creator and would be confident in everything he does because he Believes in Allah SWT more than himself. I’ve gather this information from my daily sermons at the mosque. What can you do to be able to have the ability to receive this kind of guidance?? Allah will show you the way and provide you withe the knowledge to understand.

99-Sūrah Az-Zalzalah

Bismillāhir-Raúmānir-Raúeem
4. That Day, it (the earth) will report its news

5. Because your Lord has commanded it.

6. That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.

7. So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it,

8. And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.

Abu Hurairah R.A. quoted the Rasulullah SAW was saying;

“When a person walks to find knowledge, Allah SWT will make it easier for that person to enter into Jannah (heaven)”.

Anas R.A. quoted the Rasulullah SAW was saying;

“To search for knowledge is a necessity and wajib for all muslims”.

Maybe it enlightens you as much as it does me but nevertheless you can put a loud speaker to a person's ears and blast sermons about death but if that person have no desire to change it would not matter at all.

On another point of veiw which to me is the best and to accept and see the good in everybody (Husnuzhon) we cannot even for a minute determine the fate of another person let alone determine his destiny whether it is good (heaven) or bad (hell) as what Rasulullah SAW said before "have you cut open the person's heart and see his sincerity before making assumption of his actions or intentions?, if you haven't how do you know his fate?"

What we can do is provide the information to all and pray that the reminder that we've provided to others will one day serve us too if we ever go astray. happy always to provide this Mel's Mind 21-09-11

In search of an answer that is right in front of us...

Meetings, work, more meeting, learning more learning, working and the exhaustion, frustration, anger (definitely anger management failed), tension, tense, personal problems erupted, more stress, falling for a person who don’t like you at all, intensely pressured into banging head to wall... and the list goes on and on to certain extend blow up (a magnitude of 9 on the Richter scale).

Who are we to demand the things that we want in life?? Can we reject things that do not satisfy us whenever we want to?? Life is never what we perceived. Success and failure of oneself can never be anticipated. One-minute a success story and the next minute in a frantic state trying to figure out where it all went wrong. Off course with failure or disappointment comes anger. Seduction from Satan just increases the height of rage to a point releasing it at that time is the best solution. It never is!

There are solution to this (Jack Nicholson method is not an option at all).  The solution lies in the Holy Quran and the Hadith. The method stated is to avoid us from being misguided by the elusive ways of Satan.

Only Allah would have the solution for us. Nobody in this world would have the clue what and how we feel accept for Allah SWT the Al-Mighty. We are asked to read and read we should for the answers lays in the Holy Book.

Bismillāhir-Raúmānir-Raúeem1.
Alif, Lām, Meem.2.
This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allāh SWT –3.
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them,4.
And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad SAW], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].5.
Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.6.
Indeed, those who disbelieve – it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe.7.
Allāh SWT has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

Surat Ash-Shūraá (The Consultation) - سورة الشورى

36. So whatever thing you have been given - it is but [for] enjoyment of the worldly life. But what is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who have believed and upon their Lord rely
37. And those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, and when they are angry, they forgive,

40.And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is [due] from Allah . Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers.
41. And whoever avenges himself after having been wronged - those have not upon them any cause [for blame].
42. The cause is only against the ones who wrong the people and tyrannize upon the earth without right. Those will have a painful punishment.
43. And whoever is patient and forgives - indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] determination.
