The only right thing that the people of this country did in this current foolish situation was to produce a good slogan for the 57th independence of this nation... "di sini lahir nya sebuah cinta"... Because here in this great nation I was born and I love my country so much.
I have no desire to favour the politics and all the parties in this country for it has forgotten the true purpose of its existence... It was supposed to produce leaders to ensure the welfare of the nation and the people but instead it's main agenda was to squeeze the nation and the people for every last drop of its wealth. As the lyric said, I will continue to fight in my own special way. I will advice the people of this nation... I chose not to say the word "merdeka" but instead I'll replaced it with "I love my country".
Its not independence if we fail on what I stated above. Seriously, are we really free and independent on thus land that we call my country???
For until people of this great nation learn to love this country and the people more than himself, only then, will I shout the word Merdeka. Until that time arrive, I will refrain myself from celebrating independence day. I will however celebrate the fact that I love my country everyday for the rest of my life.
What we all need is for all of us to have the immense love for our country without hesitation and without reservation even for a second...
