A Little Pavlova

I came back late and upon arriving, I was greeted by a smile that put my headache at bay... sat down and was served with this small whip lash dessert. ... without a courtesy invite to my wife... I dug in and as I expected!!!..... the whip lash was very exotic in its presentation. The fruits on top brought out the flavour of the whip... the sour taste flavours the sweetness of the dessert. .. I took a step further and explores the internal part of the dessert and it was mesmerizing. It melts in my mouth but still leaves the tingling feeling caress by the sourness of the fruit that leaves my tounge in a mood for more.  The whole dessert was called pavlova... and as unique as its called it shatters any memories that I have of other desserts. While expressing my feelings on it, I still taste the sweetness of the dessert as if its still in my mouth....  Jokes aside it still does...
